Hawaii has Talent!

Aloha,
Two of the best players currently in the major leagues were born in Hawaii. They are Kurt Suzuki of the Oakland A's and Shane Victorino of the Philadelphia Phillies. The average baseball fan might not know how much baseball talent there is on the Hawaiian Islands, but Ill tell you, the Islands have a tremendous amount of talent with Kurt Suzuki and Shane Victorino leading the way. Suzuki is currently batting .241 with 12 home runs and 53 rbi while Victorino is currently batting .251 with 15 home runs and 24 stolen bases.

  1. Kurt Suzuki is my favorite player! He's struggled at the plate this season, but he's one of the best defensive catchers in the league.

Nice hearing from you. I also love kurt suzuki. I think he is a great catcher with power and the most underrated player in all of baseball. I think he has a chance to be the greatest power hitting Hawaiian of all time, he is that good. Mahalo,
